Bamboo Cottages is 19 km from Ganh Dau Bien Gioi, and 40 km from Phu Quoc Domestic and International Airport and Duong Dong Market. From the domestic airport, it is a 50-minute flight to Ho Chi Minh or a 2-hour flight from Hanoi. Airport transfers can be arranged at an extra charge.

The on-site restaurant serves authentic home-made Vietnamese dishes prepared with fresh seafood and organic vegetables. Western meals are also available upon request. Drinks can be enjoyed at Bamboo Bar.

Guests can arrange a tour to Turtle Island or rent a boat for those who like to go out to sea. The resort also provides daily maid services, laundry services and luggage storage.

As the property is located on a remote island, please note that electricity will only be available from 17:30 - 00:30 daily, subject to the generator's working condition.

Due to the installation of a solar power system, electricity will be available 24-hours daily only during the months of November - April.
